Brush Properly

Brushing your teeth twice a day flossing it once every day is very important to keep your teeth health. It is always ideal to choose a brush with soft bristles as they prevent gum erosion. Eat Healthy Food

Food substances like sugar, raisins, candies, lollipops, toffees, crackers, etc. easily stick to your teeth and also can increase the risk of tooth decay. It also leads to discoloration of teeth and will also destroy your teeth. Dentists advise that it is ideal to consume less of sticky and sweet substances.

Include vegetables and fruits more as part of your daily diet. It is a proven fact that higher consumption of folic acid derived from leafy vegetables and green vegetables daily will help in the prevention of bleeding gums.

Take ¼ cup of yogurt daily as it will help to keep your teeth healthy and white. Yogurt contains probiotics which are good bacteria and may help in the removal of oral bacteria which causes cavities.

Avoid smoking and consumption of beverages like tea, coffee and red wine as they tend to stain your teeth. While consuming these beverages it is advisable to use a straw. This will avoid the beverages from passing through your front teeth.
